At ZCOVA, we know part of the pleasure associated with a purchase of diamonds or colored gemstones is the expectation of the arrival of the product. For this reason we want to make sure that from the moment your product leaves our doors, it reaches you quickly and safely. Every item shipped from ZCOVA is delivered in our signature ZCOVA packaging, accompanied by all related documents, including the appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable). Engagement rings and wedding bands are delivered in ring boxes. Loose diamonds are delivered in secure packaging. All parcels sent out are protected from damage with our delivery box and secured with a security sticker. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. If the security sticker is tampered please do not sign the parcel and contact our customer service immediately.

Self-collection or Delivery

Orders can be collected at our ZCOVA Showroom in Kota Damansara, Malaysia (Advanced appointment is required). We provide free global insured shipping for all orders. All deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday. Delivery takes between 2-7 days, depending on your location. We use GDex for Malaysian orders and FedEx for international orders. Following shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. *Shipping times are approximate. *For security reasons, we will not ship to any P.O. Box addresses.


Countries may charge GST, VAT or Duty Tax on shipments into the respective countries - Malaysia 0%, Singapore 7%, Australia 10%, Philippines 12%, Brunei 15%, Indonesia 10%. It is the purchaser’s obligation to pay this charge directly to their local tax authority.

Return Shipping Charges

1) Malaysian orders: FREE one time return shipping for Resize, Refurbishment & Warranty Claim* for Manufacturing Defects by ZCOVA. For subsequent returns, the customer will have to bear the return shipping charges to ZCOVA. 2) International orders: FREE one time international return shipping for Warranty Claim* for Manufacturing Defects by ZCOVA. For international returns apart from Warranty Claims, the customer will have to bear the return shipping charges to ZCOVA. GST, VAT, Duty Tax or other charges incurred here will be borne by the customer. *Terms and conditions apply for Warranty Claims.

Fully Insured and Secure

All international orders are fully insured by luxury goods logistics company, Malca-Amit or Brinks. All domestic orders within Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are fully insured by Liberty Insurance. A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package. For credit card payments, it is only possible to ship to your card’s billing and registered address or to your local FedEx, Ferrari express, and Brinks collection branches.
